These terms govern the sale of products through this online store, owned by SILI REALTY PROPERTY GROUP, S.L., tax ID B10655587 (“the seller”).

By placing an order you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract.

The published characteristics, sizes and compositions are those supplied by the manufacturer. Photographs are indicative: slight differences in tone may occur depending on your screen and the upholstery batch.

Availability is shown on each product page. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will tell you and you may choose to wait, replace it or cancel with a full refund.

All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before you confirm the order.

The struck-through price, where shown, is the previous reference price of the same product in this store, and the percentage shown is the discount calculated on it.

The order is placed when you confirm it at the final step of checkout. Until then you can review and change the contents of your cart and the details entered.

You will receive a confirmation with the order details. The contract is deemed concluded with that confirmation.

The available payment methods are shown during checkout. We are currently finalising online payment; until then the order is confirmed on the site and completed through the channel we indicate, with no automatic charge.

Delivery conditions, times and costs are detailed on the Shipping page and shown before you confirm the order.

You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase on the terms described on the Returns page, with the exceptions provided by law for products sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, under Spanish consumer law.

The seller is not liable for damage arising from assembly, use or maintenance other than that indicated by the manufacturer, nor for incompatibility with unsuitable bases or structures.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile.
