01Products and sizes
Sizes are given as width x length in centimetres: a 150x190 is 150 cm wide by 190 cm long. Measure the inner opening of your bed base, not the outside of the furniture. Every product page lists all the sizes available for that model.
Memory foam moulds to the body and spreads pressure; pocket springs give independent zoned support and good ventilation; latex offers elasticity and quick recovery. The exact composition of each model is on its product page.
Only the models expressly described as suitable for adjustable beds. If the page does not mention it, do not assume compatibility — ask us before buying.
No. Unless the product page states otherwise, the price covers only the item described.
02Orders and payment
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
We are finalising the online payment methods. In the meantime you can confirm your order on the site and we will contact you to complete it. Nothing is charged when you confirm.
Yes, as long as it has not yet left our warehouse. Write to us as soon as possible quoting your order reference.
Yes. Give us your billing details when ordering, or write to us with your reference and we will send it.
03Shipping and returns
Delivery time depends on the product and the area. The exact lead time is still to be confirmed and will be published on the Shipping page.
Shipping costs are still to be confirmed and will always be shown before you complete your purchase, never afterwards.
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase. For hygiene reasons, mattresses and rest products must be returned unused and with their original packaging intact. Once unsealed, a return can no longer be accepted.
We refund via the same payment method, no later than 14 calendar days from receiving the return or proof that it was sent.
04Guarantee
Products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Spanish consumer law, counted from delivery.
Lack of conformity of the product. It does not cover normal wear from use, damage from improper use, or using the mattress on a bed base in poor condition.
