You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without having to justify your decision, under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

Tell us in writing before the period ends, quoting your order reference and the items you wish to return. An unequivocal statement is enough; no particular form is required.

Once you have told us, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the product back.

The product must be returned complete, unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, sealed mattresses, pillows and rest products cannot be returned once the seal or packaging has been opened.

You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the product.

We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 calendar days from being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or proof of its return.

The refund is made using the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you.

If the product arrives damaged or does not match your order, the withdrawal procedure does not apply — the legal guarantee of conformity does: write to us with photographs and we will arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
